Quick Joint for Conveyor and Transmission Belts

To enable the customer to very quickly carry out a "do it yourself" joint on the thermoplastic belts, CHIORINO designed and developed systems and equipment for vulcanizing narrow belts without adopting cements.

 

 

 

Micro Z Joint - It can be done on belts to a maximum of 50mm wide, by means of puncher type F50 M and press type P50 T.

 

 

 

Overlap Joint - It can be done on belts to a maximum of 50mm wide by means of press type P50 T and to a maximum of 200mm wide by means of press type EL250.
