Polyurethane Round and V Belts

CHIORINO manufactures, in full production cycle, polyurethane round belts and "V" belts, which are used in various market fields for transmission in light-duty drives, at medium-low speeds and for conveying light loads.  Main characteristics: extremely good tensile strength, elasticity and flexibility values; very high resistance to abrasion and to tearing, to grease and pure mineral oils, to petrols and to hydrolysis.  The working recommended temperature is between -20 and +60 C degrees.  The round belts of the "RU" range are produced in green colour with rough surface.  The smooth version is available upon demands.  The V-Belts are manufactured in a single range which has smooth surface, 92 Sh.A hardness and vivid green colour.

                                                                       

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Being the polyurethane thermo-weldable, it enables a quick endless joint of the belts: CHIORINO has designed for the above purpose a piece of equipment easy to use.  Namely the S15 welder (see pic), which enables jointing of high accuracy on belts of any size.
